A simple, considered process — designed so that families and the school get to know each other well before the school year begins.
The process
Four small steps from first call to first day.

Enquire
Call the school office or send us an email to express your interest. Share your child’s name, present class, and a way to reach you back.

Visit the campus
Walk through our classrooms, library and play area. Meet a teacher or two. Ask anything that matters to you.

Application & interaction
Fill in the admission form and submit the supporting documents. We hold a short, friendly interaction with your child (and you).

Welcome
On confirmation, complete the fee formalities and book list. Your child becomes part of the Nanda Convent family.
What to bring
Documents we’ll need.
- Birth certificate (photocopy)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school, if applicable
- Progress report / last marksheet, if applicable
- Aadhaar card (student & parent)
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Address proof of parent / guardian

The figures below are the indicative annual schedule on file with CBSE. Final fees, transport and book costs are confirmed at the time of admission — please contact the office for the current year.

Tuition is payable annually. After the first year, only the tuition and other annual charges are repeated — admission fee is one-time at intake. Transport is charged separately for families opting in.
